Firm Associate Tyler J. Litwak recently participated as a panelist at the Miami Arts Marketing Project (MAMP) 2026 Conference, hosted by the Arts & Business Council of Miami. MAMP brings together artists, arts professionals, non-profit leaders, cultural entrepreneurs, creative business owners, funders, and others invested in Miami’s creative ecosystem for programming focused on the intersection of arts, business, media, technology, and professional growth.

Mr. Litwak served on the “Legal Foundations for Creative Entrepreneurs” panel, which explored how legal literacy can help creatives better understand and protect their work, structure their businesses, use contracts effectively, and preserve ownership and long-term control over creative output. The panel also featured Kayla Moran of Kayla Moran Law, Alan David Barson of Greenspoon Marder, and Zachariah Evangelista of Ser & Associates. The panel questions likewise focused on ownership, leverage, contracts, business structure, collaboration, authorship, and strategic risk management for creatives and arts organizations.

The Firm was pleased to participate in this important discussion and to support MAMP’s broader mission of helping Miami’s creative community grow, collaborate, and build sustainable creative businesses.
