Patent Attorney

Associate positions; eligible to be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) required; 3-5 years of experience with drafting Patent Applications preferred; bilingual preferred; Federal Court experience a plus.

Intellectual Property Litigator

Associate positions; excellent research and writing skills required; 3-5 years of experience with Federal Court litigation preferred; bilingual preferred; prior Intellectual Property experience a plus.

Paralegal

Positions in Litigation, Application Prosecution, and Franchise departments; minimum of 2 years of experience required; excellent writing skills required; excellent verbal communication skills for Client communications required; organizational and multi-tasking skills for high-volume environment required; bilingual preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred; prior Intellectual Property experience a plus.

Receptionist

Receptionist position, excellent verbal communication skills for Client communications required; organizational and multi-tasking skills for high-volume environment required; high school diploma required; bilingual preferred; prior law firm experience a plus.

Clerk/Runner

Staff position; filing of documents in physical and digital files; document scanning; local courier errands; valid driver’s license with safe driving record required; high school diploma required; organizational and multi-tasking skills for high-volume environment required; computer proficiency required clerical experience preferred; law firm experience a plus.

Assistant Office Manager

Positions in Administrative department; excellent accounting/bookkeeping skills required; excellent verbal communication skills for Client communications required; organizational and multi-tasking skills for high-volume environment required; bilingual preferred; bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; prior law firm experience a plus.
