The Firm congratulates two new Associates, Kelly Malloy and Tyler Litwak, on passing the Florida Bar Exam. Partners John Cyril Malloy, III and Jennie S. Malloy attended the University of Miami School of Law’s Florida Bar Swearing-In Ceremony in support of Ms. Malloy and Mr. Litwak as they took the Oath of Attorney this morning. Ms. Malloy is now an Associate and Registered Patent Attorney in the Miami Office, and Mr. Litwak is an Associate splitting time between the Firm’s offices in Boca Raton and Miami. They both started with the Firm as Law Clerks and Patent Engineers in 2020.
