Mr. Woodard is a Partner with the Firm, and is a seasoned litigator who represents and defends individuals and businesses in a broad range of intellectual property matters. With over a decade of experience in state and federal courts, Mr. Woodard balances an aggressive yet pragmatic approach to efficiently resolve disputes for clients. Mr. Woodard has served as a Chair of The Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee, and is also a member of the Federal Bar Association.
Mr. Woodard obtained his law degree (cum laude) from Florida A&M College of Law, where he graduated third in his class while also serving as an editor on law review. Prior to law school, he earned his bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) from King College, while on a full academic/athletic scholarship on the basketball team.
