Ms. Malloy is a graduate of Florida State University and is presently a J.D. Candidate at the University of Miami School of Law. At Miami Law, she serves as President of the Intellectual Property Law Society and as a Representative of the FBA Student Division. Ms. Malloy is a law clerk at the Firm and assists attorneys by drafting Franchise Agreements, supporting Trademark Prosecution, and performing legal research for Intellectual Property Litigation.
