Ms. Malloy is a Registered Patent Attorney and assists with a wide range of patent, trademark, copyright, and intellectual property litigation matters. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Malloy was an Editor on the University of Miami Law Review and served as President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and President of the Inter-Club Council. As a result of her dedication to her coursework, Ms. Malloy received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, the Litigation Skills Adjunct Faculty Scholarship, and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Patent Law. She is also a member of the Order of the Coif. For her service to the Miami Law community, Ms. Malloy was tapped into the Iron Arrow Honor Society, the highest honor attained at the University of Miami, and awarded the Joseph H. Bogosian Student Leadership Award as well as the Society of Bar and Gavel’s Roger Sorino Award.
Ms. Malloy served the Miami-Dade Bar as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee, and is actively involved with the Miami Law Alumni Association as Vice President of Activities for the Young Alumni Committee.
