Ms. Malloy is a Registered Patent Attorney and assists with a wide range of Intellectual Property and Franchise matters. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
Ms. Malloy presently serves on the Board of the Miami Law Alumni Association as Chair of the Young Alumni Committee, and also sits on the University of Miami Law Review’s Young Alumni Council. Since law school, she has been an active member of the Iron Arrow Honor Society, the highest honor attained at the University of Miami. Additionally, Ms. Malloy recently served the Miami-Dade Bar as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee.
In recognition of her community service and leadership, Ms. Malloy was an honoree included in the 2026 University of Miami 30 Under 30 list. She was also presented with the 2024 Young Alumni Award by the University of Miami School of Law, and named to the Super Lawyers 2025 and 2026 Rising Stars lists for her work in intellectual property.
While in law school, Ms. Malloy was an Editor on the University of Miami Law Review and served as President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and President of the Inter-Club Council. As a result of her dedication to her coursework, Ms. Malloy graduated in the top 6% of her class and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, the Litigation Skills Adjunct Faculty Scholarship, and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Patent Law. She is also a member of the Order of the Coif, a national law honor society for law graduates, and was selected for membership in The Society of Bar and Gavel. For her service and dedication to the Miami Law community while a student, Ms. Malloy was awarded the Joseph H. Bogosian Student Leadership Award as well as The Society of Bar and Gavel’s Roger Sorino Award.
