Ms. Malloy is a Registered Patent Agent and is fully licensed to prosecute Patent Applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida, and is currently a J.D. Candidate at the University of Miami School of Law concentrating in the field of Intellectual Property. At Miami Law, Ms. Malloy is an Editor on the University of Miami Law Review and served as President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, President of the Inter-Club Council, Executive Board Secretary of the Student Bar Association, and 1L Senator. As a result of her dedication to her coursework, Ms. Malloy is in the top 6% of her class and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, the Litigation Skills Adjunct Faculty Scholarship, and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Patent Law. For her service to the Miami Law community, Ms. Malloy was tapped into the Iron Arrow Honor Society, the highest honor attained at the University of Miami, and awarded the Joseph H. Bogosian Student Leadership Award as well as the Society of Bar and Gavel’s Roger Sorino Award. In addition to her practice as a Registered Patent Agent, Ms. Malloy is a law clerk at the Firm and assists attorneys by performing legal research, aiding in the management of clients’ intellectual property portfolios, and preparing for litigation.
