Tyler Litwak

Mr. Litwak is an Associate with the Firm and assists with a wide range of Intellectual Property matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and litigation matters. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Florida, and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Litwak presently serves as Co-Chair of the Miami-Dade Bar Intellectual Property Committee, a position in which he has served since 2022.

While in law school, Mr. Litwak served as Vice President of the University of Miami Dade County Bar Association Student Chapter and as a Junior Staff Editor on the University of Miami Law Review. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Dave Lee Brannon. In recognition of his dedication to his studies, Mr. Litwak was awarded the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Professional Responsibility and, separately, Legal Communications and Research Skills. For his service and dedication to the Miami Law community, he was named Outstanding 2L and winner of the HOPE Community Service Challenge.
