Zac Davis

Mr. Davis is an associate with the Firm with a focus on Intellectual Property litigation, including related Contract disputes. Additionally, he handles Domain Name disputes, Takedown and Counter-takedown Notices, Anti-Counterfeiting investigations and actions, and issues with online retailers related to Intellectual Property.  Mr. Davis is active with the Miami-Dade Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Committee, the Broward County Federal Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his law degree (cum laude) from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, with a focus in Intellectual Property. While in law school, he competed as a semi-finalist in the Georgetown Law Center’s White-Collar Mock Trial competition, served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Saint Thomas Law Review, led the Tort Law Society.
